  • AFTER ( PERSPECTIVE )


  • WE ADD IN A WOOD FRAME TO SEPARATE THE KITCHEN AREA FROM THE DINING AREA.
  • CHANGE THE EXISTING KITCHEN WALL ( Wall that separating the kitchen and the dining area ) TO BECOME THE FEATURE WALL ( USING A BRIGHT RED PAINT COLOR )
  • CREATING A NICE BREAKFAST TABLE ( bar concept ) CONTINUING DIRECTLY FROM THE COUNTER.
  • ADD IN THE MIRROR TO MAKE THE BREAKFAST AREA MORE SPACIOUS.

- approach toward a modern contemporary design.
- colour scheme more towards the earth colour to blend with the furniture.
- plaster ceiling ( separating within the area ).
- timber framing works ( for the kitchen entrace and the room area ).
- remain the existing floor tiles.
- demolish an existing wall at kitchen area ( make good as servicing counter )
- demolish an existing wall at kitchen area ( to make it direct viewing towards the yard )
- built in kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and the storage cabinet.

- approach toward a resort-style atmosfere
- colour scheme, earth colour ( white, gray , light yellow and walnut colour for the wood paneling and the furniture. )

- flooring laminated timber flooring ( whole apartment )
- demolish and replace an exisiting tiles at the kitchen and dining to make it blend with the colour scheme.
- using the existing things like the photo and blend it with the new concept of the house.
